Just about everyone I know in Victoria is deeply interested in the housing market, but other than mortgage rates, I never hear any numbers being compared (which I take as a sign they're not acting rationally). So I was very pleased to see this G&M article about real estate valuation, until I found out that if I were reading The Economist I would have known about this idea years ago.
