Apparently the current American Presidential election is so boring, planning has already begun for 2008. There's a long list, but from what I can tell, Rice seems to have the most grassroots support (at least as long as the Gropenfuhrer is ineligible), although her proponents may also be positioning her entirely as a counter to a Clinton play by the Democrats (could the Red states handle the diversity?), so maybe it'll all depend on who has their convention first. Personally I'm still rooting for Rumsfeld, although I don't seem to have much company.
