After reading Neuromancer and subsequently hearing about a shadow box seminar at some art school, I became somewhat fascinated by the idea. Unfortunately, I was never able to find information on shadow boxes as art instead of just craft. So the other day I was reading a Slashdot interview with Neil Gaiman where he mentions that William Gibson has been writing a weblog! So I hurry on over and what do you know: his latest post mentions Joseph Cornell. (His other posts mention many other interesting things that I'm sure I'll link to as I work through it.)
