A while ago the Globe&Mail's Jeffrey Simpson suggested a ha-ha-only-serious revision of the Canadian democratic system. Personally I thought he was on to something (the Supremes certainly represent me better than my MP), until I heard about an even cooler idea. (Don't bother following the links — most of the people writing about this stuff online are biased by a belief that blogging will change the world.)
