The 2001 Census results (too…much…data…ahhh!) combined with Chrétien's recent claims about our immigration targets to the G8, has sent the Globe&Mail into a fever peaking with big special issue on Saturday. Amongst all this back-patting about what a tolerant country we are, Doug Saunders seems to be the only one bothering to explain why immigration is good.
