Finally I have discovered how to answer the question: is there actually a region in Vancouver where Chinese ethnicity is the majority? The answer is no, not even in Richmond (although I'm mildly alarmed to learn that Chinese is the most prevalent native language at UBC), but that shouldn't stop you from looking at all the pretty charts.
