No offense to Kofi Annan, but he's not exactly a powerful leader. Bill Clinton, on the other hand, would make a kick-ass Secretary General! And it sounds like he's all for the idea of a UN army. Which I think would be great because it would allow Canada's Armed Forces to specialise and increase our peacekeeping utility. (And as for Canada needing its own army — do you really see us taking unilateral action anytime soon?)
